Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to withdrawal compared with the full scope of the agreed service, provided that the statutory conditions for compensation are met.

Electronic declaration of withdrawal

The withdrawal function requests only the information provided for by law. Submission is confirmed with the date, time and case reference.
