Scope and assessment of the business

Kasp offers digital services and plans that can be concluded online. E-commerce services may fall under the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

Whether the microenterprise exemption under section 3(3) BFSG applies depends on the actual number of employees and annual turnover or annual balance sheet total. Kasp does not present such an exemption as confirmed on this page.

Kasp designs its website, application, authentication, payments and legal documents with the aim of making them perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Known limitations are listed below; this page is not an unrestricted assurance of conformity.

General description of the service

Kasp is a web-based AI application for research, chat, task-based occupational analyses, organisational and system analyses in Orbit, scenarios, learning and transformation planning, and the creation of documents and artifacts. Free functions can be used after registration. Paid plans are agreed through the pricing overview or an individual offer; conditions are displayed before a contract is concluded.

Use requires an up-to-date browser with internet access. The main controls are navigation, forms, chat input, selection fields and buttons. Results may be displayed as structured text, tables, source lists or downloadable documents.

How to use Kasp

1. The main navigation opens a product area or sign-in.
2. Sign-in uses the clearly visible 'Continue with Google' button.
3. In the analysis view, a question is entered. Before execution, the interpretation, analysis depth and maximum unit budget are reviewed and expressly confirmed.
4. The interface indicates AI-supported processing. Saved sources and supported artifacts can be opened separately.
5. Account settings, subscription management, withdrawal and cancellation can be accessed through labelled links and forms.

The essential functions are intended to be operable by keyboard. Forms use visible labels or accessible names; status and error messages are conveyed programmatically where possible. Zoom and responsive display are supported.

Accessibility features taken into account

• semantic headings, landmarks, lists, tables and forms,
• visible focus guidance and keyboard operation for key interactions,
• labelled buttons, input fields and status areas,
• scalable, responsive display and support for light and dark colour schemes,
• accessible names for functional icons in the main interaction paths,
• important information conveyed in text as well as colour,
• optional voice input; all core functions remain usable through text,
• legal documents and statutory declaration channels in HTML, not exclusively as PDF.

Kasp follows the basic principles of EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2 AA. This information does not confirm a complete assessment or certification by an independent conformity assessment body.

Known or possible barriers

• complex AI-generated tables may require horizontal scrolling on small screens,
• not all generated charts or uploaded third-party documents yet have equivalent text alternatives,
• exported PDF documents are not in every case fully validated as PDF/UA,
• automatically generated content may contain unclear heading structures or specialist terminology,
• voice input and certain authentication or payment dialogues depend on browser or third-party functions,
• embedded third-party content may differ from Kasp's interaction patterns.

Kasp prioritises barriers that prevent sign-in, contract conclusion, payment, cancellation, withdrawal or core functions. Where needed, we provide essential information in an alternative accessible form where possible.
