01 Process

Request and identity verification

Receipt is documented with a receipt time and reference. An acknowledgement of receipt is not yet confirmation of identity or a decision on the request. If necessary, Kasp will use a separate channel to request only the information required for secure attribution.

The direct JSON account export in signed-in settings covers the product categories identified there. Use this form for broader access or other rights. Details of processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.

02 Request

Submit electronically

Describe only the information necessary for your request. In particular, do not submit copies of identity documents, passwords, health data or other unnecessary sensitive data here. If proof of identity is needed, Kasp will request it separately.
