01From your first question to a verifiable resultDefine the subject, analysis area and depth, review costs and deliberately start your first run.
Start by describing the specific subject or decision. The more detail you provide about the baseline, goal and context, the less Kasp has to leave open.
Before starting, Kasp shows the analysis area, result dossier, evidence framework, depth and maximum unit budget. Only your explicit confirmation starts a run.
In the result, user information, source evidence, Kasp assessments, scenarios and unknown or withheld statements remain distinguishable. Save or export only after reviewing these boundaries.

02Supported analysis areas and subjectsWork, education, organizations, products and technologies, countries and public systems.
Work covers occupations, tasks and workflows. Education covers degree programs, curricula and modules. Organizations cover functions, processes and aggregate role portfolios.
Product & Technology covers products, technologies and capabilities. Country & Systems covers countries, regions, sectors and public systems. An open-ended decision question can start as an evidence brief.
Each area has its own result structure. The eight impact dimensions of the work methodology are therefore not transferred unchanged to other areas.
03Evidence, uncertainty and withheld statementsHow sources, scope, assumptions, data gaps and an honest unknown state fit together.
A source supports only the statement and scope to which it is bound. User information is context, not external evidence. Kasp inferences and scenarios must remain identifiable as such.
Stored results can show source status, evidence grade, assumptions, uncertainties and gaps. The information visible depends on the result structure and the evidence actually stored.
If required context, evidence, calibration or approval is missing, a statement remains unknown or withheld. That is a valid result and is not concealed by a substitute value.
04Units, execution and costs before startingHow available operation types and analysis depths affect the maximum unit budget.
Kasp uses units for billing. Your current plan shows which operation types and analysis depths are included and the maximum that applies to the specific run.
Choosing a starting point or signing in does not start a run. Before execution, you review permissions, analysis depth and the maximum unit budget.
The preview shows an upper limit. Kasp units are fixed product weights, not measurements of tokens, runtime or actual computing costs.
05Offline, interrupted or sign-in cancelledResume safely without sharing the request through the URL or analytics.
A starting request from the website is held briefly in the browser under an opaque identifier. Its text is not placed in the URL and is removed after successful handoff.
If sign-in is interrupted, you can return to the same browser tab within the short handoff window. If the request has expired, start again; Kasp does not execute anything automatically.
Without a connection, starts that depend on costs or permissions remain blocked. Previously saved analyses reappear once the authorized data view has loaded successfully.
06Your first Orbit workspaceGroup related system analyses without mixing personal and aggregate contexts.
Orbit organizes analyses, files and dossiers in a workspace. Define the purpose, system boundary and permitted data before creating a request.
Use aggregate organizational data. Orbit is not intended for rankings of identified employees or automated hiring, performance, promotion or dismissal decisions.
Open Orbit directly in the app and sign in. Permissions, plan and available features are checked for your account and the workspace. You see the unit budget before a paid run; no contact request is required to get started.
07Request support safelyWhich details help and which sensitive contents do not belong in a support form.
Specify the affected area, the error state you see and the approximate time. A local support receipt creates a reference you can reuse in a reply.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, health data, confidential employee data or complete source documents. Security issues and legal violations have a separate reporting channel.
After successful submission, you receive a reference. Keep it for follow-up enquiries; binding response times arise only from an explicitly agreed support arrangement.
